Richa is an affiliate consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behaviour and human resources. Her experience includes educating and creating awareness amongst business families, facilitating family meetings, designing structures and creating and implementing family charters.
Richa started her work as a family business consultant in India — a growing economy and hub for big and small family businesses. As an advisor to many families over 11 years, Richa gained an immense but humbling understanding of the intricacies of an enterprising family, its unique characteristics, and the art and science of family governance.
