As a trusted advisor, Mita helps families create a governance culture, develop Family Constitutions, Family Boards, and plan succession. She works with multi-generational families to align their vision, goals and communicate effectively. She is an Independent Director on company Boards.
Mita is a visiting faculty for family business management programs at reputed institutes. She has done a Ph.D. in “Conflict in Indian Family Businesses,” and has co-authored a highly acclaimed book, “The 5Gs of Family Business.” She is a facilitator, educator, and speaker at family business seminars and workshops.
